@CGT80 - It's all good. WEGC is still within reasonable driving distance. With that 24/7 access, that makes it very flexible and reasonable. I will visit it soon to check it out and then inquire about full membership when all goes well. Thanks again for all the info!

The Lopez canyon range is also 24/7 access and it is a private range so there will never be public there...
There are multiple clubs based there.
It's roughly at the 210 and 118 so it's way closer to Burbank than wegc.
Wegc's property is a lot flatter than Lopez if you are looking to shoot longer distances (550yds) mid-week.
On a weekend, you can usually shoot 300yd at Lopez canyon but will only have 100yds at wegc.

i had never heard on Lopez Canyon before. I work right by the area. got any sitre for details or general info on how to become a member?

@ar15barrels - Thanks for the additional insight on Lopez Canyon. So it is close to Angeles Shooting Range then. I have yet to look it up, but if you can share more info that would not otherwise be available in the website, that will be great. Also, how can a non-member visit the range? Do I have to know a member who is willing to have me as a guest?

Either go to one of the scheduled monthly matches or go with a member.
The gate is locked except during matches.
