In case you missed it "Kurt Russell blasts gun control push"

Kurt Russell nails it. Over and over again, nails it. At least he ends the interview respectfully.. which is probably more than I would have been able to do. Try as I would...

Kurt Russell blasts gun control push: “I think it’s absolutely insane”

Idiot When Wells went on to say that guns are a ”metaphor that disenfranchised white guys need,” Russell let loose.

Kurt “If you think gun control is going to change the terrorists’ point of view, I think you’re, like, out of your mind,” he began. “I think anybody [who says that] is. I think it’s absolutely insane.”

“Dude, you’re about to find out what I’m gonna do, and that’s gonna worry you a lot more,” the actor continued. “And that‘s what we need. That will change the concept of gun culture, as you call it, to something [like] reality. Which is, if I’m a hockey team and I’ve got some guy bearing down on me as a goal tender, I’m not concerned about what he’s gonna do — I’m gonna make him concerned about what I’m gonna do to stop him. That’s when things change.”

Idiot Arguing back, Wells invoked the no-fly list, saying that the people on the list are there for a “good reason,” but that they can allegedly still “get [a] hold of a gun pretty easily.”

Kurt “They can also make a bomb pretty easily. So what?” Russell retorted. “They can also get knives and stab you. [What are you] gonna do about that? They can also get cars and run you over. [What are you] gonna do about that?”

interviewer didn't like where it was heading, decided to shut it down

Kurt Russell has been around long enough, he can speak his mind, and he rightfully does so

felt good to hear him put the proper twist to anything the interviewer had to say about the gun issue...lots of inanimate objects out there that can be used to kill people

Awesome...i think Kurt summed it up well. The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun! Thanks for sharing the link

Kurt was raised as an outdoorsman. Aside from being a great actor he's always spoke his mind and never took the safe route fearing for his career. A class act all the way.

Is this the 4th or 5th dupe?

                  First time I've seen it.

Good interview. Always thought he seemed pretty level headed.

That interviewer is an IDIOT! !
Too many naive statements to dispute.

Well......I did miss it..........thanks OP. People rooted in reality like Kurt are fast fading from the scene.
^^^The above is just an opinion.
