Run hide duck for cover. Remember you only have to run faster than the children and grandmothers to survive. I do some jogging and speed/ agility training each day to prepare for the day I need to run like hell.

Some folks think that they could kill the perp and possibly save lives... well you cant. The bad guys will have an ak or ar thats like being confronted with a heat seaking nuke missile.
