I'll gladly support mandatory gun insurance when they also institute mandatory voting insurance.

F-em! I'll never understand why they think insurance for an enumerated right is a good idea.

This is the key focus of this issue, everything else is meaningless. You cant force a man to insure a right.

Wow, that sounds like exactly the scenario the Founding Fathers considered when they wrote the Second Amendment. Guns for sport? Yep. Guns for hunting? Yep. Guns to keep an out of control government in check? (Quick look across the pond to King George and his men in red.) Pretty sure that was first on their check list.
