Smith & Wesson Replacement Parts

Anybody know where to find them on Smith & Wesson's website? I need a part for my shield and cant find them anywhere.

I used the search with the same words as the thread is titled and nothing comes up.

Smith & Wesson has a policy of not selling parts to the public. They make exceptions for a few parts, but they refuse to sell most parts. Yes, Smith & Wesson customer service is top notch but you need to call them on the phone.

You can get them from SW but their service is SLOW. I ended up getting them from Brownells.

I didn't find much at Brownells or Midway.

Was looking to pick up and extra guide rod, apparently they have issues. Maybe I will just ask Santa for a steel one.
