Need SF Bay gunsmith, cut muzzle brake on 50 Beowulf

Any recommendations on a local San Jose - SF Bay gunsmith that will work on AR15 type upper - 50 cal Beowulf. Free floating handguard is a problem removing. Want to cut off factory muzzle brake and recrown - and re blue - possible recoat entire barrel if able to remove handguard. Factory thin finish does not resist scratching very well. SJGE, speak to John. May take several days, would need to be dissassembled, thrown on the lathe and milled down.

Also make sure you have enough barrel length to remain legal if it is cut and recrowned.
