SABR 308

Does anyone know what lower reciever the SABR 308 is based on. Armalite or DPMS?

Unknown.

Conflicting reports that the LWRC SABR will either use DPMS magazines or KAC SR25 magazines.

However, talk on the LWRC forums seems more incline towards the KAC SR25 magazines.

the sabr doesn't exist yet? gosh, i remember when i used to want one...

Well, the prototype does exist because I have seen pictures of it on line and seen it shot of "Future Weapons". I just wanted to know if anyone knew what reciever is what based off of. Since they have made a prototype most likely they are going to stick with the version of receiver that they built the prototype on. If I am going to go buy a lower reciever I figured I would be ahead of the game if I knew what they were using to help make my decision.

Talk on the LWRC forum is indicating it will be KAC SR25 based (parts/mags) and not based off the Armalite or DPMS .308 system.

LWRC SABR is available, if you can find a dealer with some relationships with LWRC who will take your order.
