    Current Walmart Ammo Prices

Picked up some 45 Auto today from the Walmart in Mtn View...

    $29.97 for 100 of WWB.

They were out of Blazer Brass which was going for $14.97.

Do prices vary at Walmarts depending on region?

That seems consistent with the WalMart in San Diego (Clairemont/805) from yesterday.

    WWB 124gr. 9mm $10.97
    Blazer Brass 115gr 9mm 8.97
    .40 was 12.97
    .45 was 14.97

I'd call it more of a hedge. Metals, that is.

But usually I hedge gold and silver intead of bullets... ha ha.

If I were to purchase rounds, I'd purchase .223. They seem to be a very difficult thing to get nowadays. The second would probably be something like magpul magazines.

Sure I work on Guns ; 105, 120 and 155mm. There was that 20" though.

        250 Rounds of UMC 9mm is $48.xx
        250 Rounds of UMC .40S&W is $67.xx
100 Rounds of Winchester White Box 9mm is $19.xx
100 Rounds of Winchester White Box .40S&W is $27.xx

That was Milpitas and Mountain View in the last week. The Wal Mart in Milpitas is very empty. The shelves are about 20% full.

Yep, well stocked in 22LR, 9, 40 & 45 as of Sat nite. Only had High dollar .223
I didn't look at other calibers.

i normally get WWB .45. But they only had Blazer Brass so I picked up 4 boxes of that. I just wish Walmart had low prices on 7.62x39. The ones they do have are ridiculously overpriced.

                          @ Wild Squid-
I actually find that Blazer Brass is better ammo than WWB. Much cleaner and more accurate.
                          YMMV.
