I've only been around a few months and have not been to ALL the local Gunshops here in the Bay Area. However there is always a common theme then this subject pops up. Service, Prices and Attitudes.
I'm not going to generalize them all, However I'd like to ask why is it that the shops still live in the 18th century?
Why do shops not quote over the phone?
Why do the web sites seem like a 5th grader created them. Shops either have no site at all, no current content or No online store at all.
Does this seem right for a Bay Area Company?
The Internet isn't going anywhere, why do they not embrace it?
I can get Internet prices from Kentucky but not down the street...HUH?
What am I missing?
