    Suggestions on pricing firearms

**This is not a sales post**

I am going to be selling some of my firearms and I'm not sure what a reasonable price to list them for may be. In particular, I'll be starting with a
    Springfield Armory M1A Socom II
The rifle has never been fired and still has the blue band on the trigger guard. It's always been stored in a gun safe and includes a 10 round magazine. I'm uncertain if I still have the original box that it came in though. I'm the only owner and I purchased it in the Fall of 2007. I live in San Diego and require that the transaction go through a FFL dealer.

What is a realistic price to list it for?

Have it appraised or check auction websites like Gun Broker.IF pricing by what is seen on Gun Broker go by sold prices ,not asking prices.
    Keep it simple!

Check on Gunbroker.com using the completed auction search. Since there are both FFL & non-FFL sellers you can get a good idea for what has sold and what hasn't.

      I'd guess $1500 but IDK

Brand new and perfect condition? $1750

Not sure what the demand for a quad railed 16" m1a would be, but keep in mind the m1a socom is about $1600 new.

They're running 1900+ at the larger online stores.

$1,200-$1,500 depending on buyer and how long you want to wait for it to sell.
