    Massad Ayoob video binge

It's not often that I binge watch anything but I was hooked instantly. I've read a few of his books but had never watched his training videos. I ran across one on YouTube and it snowballed from there. Absolutely amazing videos. If you haven't ever watched them you would be doing yourself a service to take a look.

I'm only linking to one just to get you started if you never have. Careful, it's addictive.

I remember reading Massad Ayoob's article on single round knockdowns over 20 years ago. Been a fan ever since. I also did a binge watching of his videos. Very interesting viewing.

He's developed an amazing career out of never having any real operational training in military or law enforcement. I heard him described recently as a "captain in a four man police department".

That being said, again, he is a self marketing genius and for his expertise there, I salute him...

I've taken LF I and II from him.

IMO, he's a legend in his own mind...not to mention a great marketer.

Though he's still unable to cite a case where reloaded ammo and / or weapon modifications made it harder on a shooter in court.

Regardless of what you think of the man himself you have to admit he has a lot of useful information.

I've read several of his books. Many article and watched just about everything the man has on the internet. I got a ton of useful information out of him.
