Cliff notes: 2 men stole Rifle and Handgun at Big5 San Bruno. Chase ended at St Luke's. Went to the new building that it is currently being built. Shot construction workers. Aimed the rifle at our hospital then the shooter was killed. 1 still at large. OMGeeeeeeee

No handguns at big 5. Total fud. I showed up there as the police did. 10 minutes after the suspects bailed. The clerk said that the suspects held them at gunpoint for a short time.

That's why we need to work to change the narrative in this state. People need the right to protect themselves from armed criminals like this. When things like this happen, the ANTIS should be saying, "***, this is going to come on us." WE know that this is ***-backwards, but most non-gun owners in this state don't. They drink the media's Kool-aid because it's the only thing being offered to them. We're too busy being "gray men" who are afraid of getting our cars scratched if we put so much as an NRA sticker on our own cars. As hard as it is to believe, we keep our guns a secret at work because we're worried about what Antis might think of us. In a nutshell, we need to step up and take the offensive. They say he robbed the Big5 with the handgun, not that the handgun came from Big5.

I really don't see how this would come back on us. Two "criminals" stole a long gun from a sporting goods shop while holding the staff hostage with another firearm? Run from cops and start shooting unarmed people? How is this on us, the law abiding gun owners? I'd bet dollar to donuts the handgun used in the initial crime was stolen too. And both bad guys are Prop 47 or some kind of overcrowding early release D-bags. If anything this shows how a CCW from a private citizen could have stopped this mess before it got to the level it went.
