Yes I know it doesnt help Ade out, but I'm a coin collector, and that is a coin shop. It eliminates an extra trip for me. So yes, I do bother.

Took a late lunch and stopped in just this afternoon. Smaller shop than I expected, but nice. Nice guy too!

Interesting, when I went in there was a big guy with tat's all down his arms looking at some handguns. Other than that the only ones in the store were Ade and myself.

I got there a little after 1pm..I was the only one in there with Ade. I was kind of surprised, Fridays are usually busy. Must have missed the rush!

How much does Ade's charge for an out of state transfer for lowers, single and multiple?

How are his prices for lowers?

I'm in need of 2 more lowers and will be using him as the FFL just need to know if I will be buying online or from him if the price is right.

Last I checked, he wasn't selling lowers. If you can find some locally for $100 to $115, this would be cheaper than having them sent to him due to his fee involved.

Then it occurred to me that I might even be in the shop and a CGN member might be there also and I wouldn't even know it. Heck, I remember once meeting MarkyMark at Ade's shop without knowing it until I was back on CGN.

Kinda along the same lines, but has anyone ever floated the idea of having CalGuns pins made? It would be kinda neat to have a lapel type pin made for CalGun members. Perhaps any proceeds could go to site support?

Correct, but he only charges 45 for the first transfer, plus DROS. For additional transfers he only charges 15 but they must be shipped in the same box, or he will treat them as separate transfers.

So if your get two OLL's sent to him it would be 25 for dros, 45 for the first reciever, and 15 for the second, 85 total.

Was at Ade's yesterday. Only had to wait an hour and a half with all the people in front of me.
(don't go right when he opens at 1:00!) Idon't even think my boss knew my lunch was that long
Didn't catch if any others were CGNer's.

He did have at least one built OLL type with the small allen head screw mag retainer type. (Mike's??) Twas a bit pricey.
So he does sell those as well as the closed Bushy's.
Also saw a tan Su-16, hadn't seen those before.

He also had a box full of SRB's for sale.

I was in on the 28th picking up a Glock ( ^ many thanks for that, btw!!!).

Saw a built Hesse .308, a built Bushmaster Carbon-15 (the toploader with the sealed mag well) and two SU-16's. One was the tan one already mentioned, I think it was a B model. The other one was the CA model.

As for having lowers themselves sitting ready to sell, I don't know 'cause I didn't ask. Had a plane to catch and wouldn't have been able to run the DROS anyway.
