So having a c&r and COE can you have c&r pistols sent to your house and it needs to be registered? Or does it need to go through an ffl like a regular handgun purchase through Kali?

Handguns have to go through a FFL. Having a C&R license & COE will exempt you from the 10 day wait & having to have the FSC.....providing the pistol is a C&R

Can you buy more than 1 c&r pistols at a time? Or is it limited to 1 pistol every 30 days
