    Yep............... totally agree.

It's a world of semantics. I like to approach it as a Constitutional responsibility that every non felon able bodied america citizen should be competent with a military grade caliber long gun.

To not do so is the equivalent of not voting.

It is no more justified to attack the Second Amendment as it is to attack the Nineteenth.

They'll attack us no matter what we do, hide our heads in the sand, they'll attack us. Stand up for our rights, they'll attack us. We HAVE TO FIGHT BACK, hiding will not solve anything.
Pretty much. It's time to stop saying "hurp derp here is hurting our cause" when those who speak ill haven't done ****. It's time to start pushing rather than trying to be low-key.

Look at CATI-TX and OCT. It's because of their loud presence that they were able to slowly start overturn laws in TX and restoring 2A rights.

The whole banning of open carry is a big reason why the courts decided in favor the Peruta v San Diego case and we must continue to push. In the last couple of years, gun sales in CA surpassed EVERY pro-gun state yet we have the harshest gun laws people would rather sit back and let others do the work or are too worried that being loud proponents against gun regulation will only hurt the cause. F*** that.

Just sitting at home apathetically donating to ORGs isn't going to do much unless people gather together and say, "enough is enough" than adopt this bull**** holier than thou complex which is hurting us more because it divides us.

Is he getting sued by Ares Armory? I got a letter saying he got fired and had made up financials when he sold the company. That's all I'm going off of, I haven't heard the other side of the story.

That, plus the illegal 80% receiver will just add to his 2A powers. He will be... unstoppable.

Most here sit back and let other do the work becouse those doing the "work" get all pissy when someone outside of the chosen pro 2A elite wants to sue someone on their own.

If it doesnt conform tot heir money grab...i mean master plan to restore gun rights, then they get berated and driven off.

There is a significant difference between the goal of the open carry movement(desensitize John and Jane California to seeing firearms carried openly by civilians) vs spitting in the face of the powers at be and advertising via billboard and commercials in a manner as to force the hand of the bizarre California legislature.

Open carry was an attack on the status quo, AA was an attack aimed at the law makers in an attempt to fill their coffers before the flood of attention they created led to the end result we all predicted.

One force was a political movement, the other for monetary gain.

I thought homemade slam fire shotguns were considered zip guns in CA

Dimitri can be a real thorn in the side of anti 2nd politicians. The guy is exercising his 1a right and gets flack from the gun community. I can understand that most do not want to get their hands dirty to protect our rights. There is no need to bash the guy. I haven't seen any harm done from his antics.... I do see the gun community tucking their tails and getting in line with the rest of the antis who bash people they do not agree with. Shall I say, sheep? Being cordial, imo, is done. People are calling us fringe and crazy for owning weapons that are protected. Its becoming obvious that we have those same people on calguns. I bet the majority of you do not exercise your right to vote as well.
