    Any FFLs located in Petaluma?

I have a situation with a firearm shipment. The label was from CDNN shipping to me and I dated the label 9/12/08 as being when I received the shipment. I also wrote Hadid Machine on the box as whom to send it to for a transfer. In my log book it was shipped out 9/17/08 to Hadid Machine.

I got the same box in a shipment yesterday with a different gun. Same box, same exact label that originally came from CDNN three months ago.

Tracking shows the shipment left CDNN on 9/8, was delivered to me on 9/12, then rescanned 12/3 in Petaluma CA and delivered again to me yesterday.

There is no label on the box indicating the shipper in Petaluma. I am 100% sure CDNN didn't ship this gun to me.

No invoice. Just a gun in a box with an old used label for the shipment.

I need to track who sent this to me. UPS doesn't record the address of where it was picked up in Petaluma.

I Googled Tomales (Hadid) and Petaluma (where pickup was scanned) to find out where they are in proximity to each other. They are in Marin and Sonoma counties.

Any help is appreciated. The ATF is aware of this situation. I spent 3 hours between ATF, my records, and UPS trying to sort this all out. I'm thinking of charging my shop rate of $50 on whoever before it's released for all the BS I'm doing because someone can't get their **** straight.

Adam I used this website to search for Petaluma Zip codes

You can then use those zip codes here at Gunbroker FFL locate

Maybe one of those FFL's is the one?
    Hope this helps,

Also: Hadid didn't have an answer for you?

Check with Hadid Machine. He lives in Tomales (Marin) but works in Petaluma (Sonoma) which is just 10 min away. Do not bother with Petaluma Gun & Reloading Supply. They do not even accept C&R paperwork.

Another gunshop reopened on Bodega in Petaluma after being closed for several months, there's also Cinnabar Gunshop as well.

Your story if very confusing. Are you an FFL? Are you saying someone reused a box you used? Whatever the case, I'd start by calling Wael.

The one in that little shopping center on the right side of the road when your on Bodega. It's right next door to that fishing shop. He's got good stuff, lots of Winchesters, Colts, Euro Bolt guns, classic shotguns, collectors grade knives........even saw two Springfield M1A's.

A couple years ago, I bought 2 DSA lowers from Sonoma Firearms at the Vallejo gun show, and this shop in Petaluma was the local FFL at the show who accepted the transfer for me locally. However, after the 10 days when I showed up for the lowers, he had a change of heart. He was angry about it and said this was his last transfer ever on OLLs. His attitude toward me and other customers in the store lead to me never going back there again. Don't know if it's still the same guy though.
