FYI.
BATFE has determined that using a service to finish an "80% receiver" to be illegal, unless the service is licensed as a Type 07-FFL and the finished product is transferred in accordance with all Federal & State laws.
In order to legally make your own firearm, you need to do it yourself using your own tools.
Therefore...
You can only pay a person licensed as a firearms manufacturer to complete your "80% receiver", which would then be marked with that FFL's information, and then transferred (4473/DROS/10 day wait) to you.sigpic
