    Not a 10/22 expert by any means, but I don't see a magazine, various assembly pins.....and oh yeah, the receiver.

            Is it being sold here in the firearm parts and accessories? If so, that will answer the question. The receiver is the firearm.

              I have a 10/22 that looks exactly like that. A box of all the parts, minus the receiver. See, that's one of the hazards of the 10/22. There's an upgrade part for everything!

                TM has an 80% receiver that would fit that quite nicely.
