You might try this AMT forum, www.amtguns.info, I haven't visited it for quite some time but there was a guy there, sir- (something or other) who worked for AMT from 1983 on.

Anyone know of a web page or article or can provide the history of AMT Automag II version history with difference. Where would M126XX fall for version? It supposedly was new in about 1987 (??) according to the previous owner (by recollection). LDBennett
