    Google is your friend.

And you need to supply more info as to the intended use and what features you are looking for to be able to give any kind of useful answer.

Im not expert on this but SKDTactical.com is a great start. You can get an Army IOTV off ebay, I really like those, most don't because they are huge. Some other popular ones are the Shellback Banshee, London Bridge Trading, Mayflower APC, SKD Pig. Most of those can be found on SKD. The ARF plate carrier picture thread is a good place for reference.

Mayflower APC is a great PC. If you want to run a chest rig like the haley DC3R it will clip right on the front of the PC and also use the velcro to secure it more.

The Mayflower Assault Plate Carrier (APC) is designed to provide the wearer with a high degree of mobility while providing ample surface area for mounting mission essential pouches. The upper front of the APC contains an integral admin pouch with int

The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria)"

For a regular guy on a relative budget, Mayflower APC or TAG Banshee.

I have the Mayflower APC and my only complaint is the shoulder pads that it comes with nearly take your ears off at times when putting it on or taking it off. I have yet to swap them out.

I have the Mayflower APC. It is well built and less expensive compared to other PC's (e.g. Crye JPC series).

If you or somebody you know has access to GovX, 5.11 TacTec plate carriers are on sale for $139 right now.
