Are there any time limits on the number of rifles that I can here in CA? I have been getting busy here in Roseville lately... Thanks.

CA long gun limits?

I'm assuming you mean limits on buying and/or owning?
You're only limited by your budget.
There is no 1-in-30 days rule for long guns, you can buy as many as you want as quickly as you want, and you can have 50,000 of them in your garage if you so please. I think there is a limit to how many you can put on a DROS form at a time, so you might need to fill out/pay for several forms if you were buying a lot in the same transaction, but I'm not sure on that since I've never bought more than 1 at a time.
Of course, here in the People's Republik of Kalifornistan, you might get unwanted attention from DOJ if they see you buying hundreds of guns in a short period of time, even though it's perfectly legal to do so. They might think you're buying them to sell on the black market or something. Or I could just be paranoid.
Also, I think I remember something about for every 10 long guns you purchase, you have to send one to me

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment

The big time limit is the darn 10 day wait, no impact to quantity.
Good luck.

More like a money issue. I have more than enough time to buy hundreds of long guns, I have enough money to put one on lay away.
With all this "gun control" talk, I've not heard one politician say how they plan on taking guns from criminals, just law abiding Citizens.

Your time limit is your lifespan. When you are dead you can't buy any more rifles.
