Is it legal to send gun parts to Canada?

I have a couple friends up north in Vancouver that asked me if i could send them some ar magazines pinned to 5 rounds, 2 foregrips, and a buttstock. Im just curious if this is legal or not. Because i know the canadians are very diligent about checking packages.

Dude your shipping foreskins? WTF??? To each his own I guess. Yes you can ship all the foreskins you want. But no gun parts.

Seriously though its an ITAR violation. Look it up. It's a longstanding federal crime.
