Man Cuts Up **** to Protest Gun Violence

Well, it may as well have been his balls:

He describes himself as a "responsible gun owner" who saved up funds for his first gun, a Browning 12-gauge shotgun, from his paper route as a young boy. Since then, guns have been a part of his life, a part that personal experiences and mass shootings made increasingly "harder and harder to justify."

In his post, Elliott identifies relatives and friends who were victims of gun violence, such as his grandmother who committed suicide and the husband of one of his sister's co-workers who was killed in a mass shooting.

Elliott explains that owning a gun makes him feel as though he bears "a portion of the responsibility for our nation's gun violence."

Former journalist Steve Elliott posted a picture of his dismantled handgun to take a stand against "unconscionable" arguments against reducing gun violence.

    The man in question:

      Great comment:

"That is an impressive gesture: he should probably film a corresponding action to protest rape, on the assumption that its not the person doing the rape, its the organ."

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

And today's idiot award goes to........STEVE. One of my wife's friends was on the plane that hit the 2nd world trade center tower, we still own box cutters and are not asking to ban them.

But if we just wished guns away and the magical unicorn fairy came down from Neverland to take them off to be turned into playground equipment for all the little boys and girls of the world, there'd be no guns for people like your sister's husband to do bad things with.

I'm ashamed this fool lives in my city.... considering the abundance of criminals here, poor job market, and high unemployment, he may have need for that gun in the future. Not to mention he's advertising his self disarmament.

Probably fabricated by the coalition of douchbags and their media propaganda machine. He is now part of the brainwashed left wing extremist.

                        Worked at The Modesto Bee
And there you go, there's no one really jumping up in support of gun control for the Bee to report on so they'll have one of their employees create a story.

I'd bet if you could get the parts Ruger would warranty it.

The Modesto Bee is part of the douchebag coalition. Not surprised.

Ruger warranties operator error induced failure, of an idiot nature? That would be a great advertisement.
