Hello Calguns Members,
I would like some help. My Father recently passed away in Oregon. I would like to bring his guns into California but don't know the legalities of doing this. Any help as to how i can do this legally would be greatly appreciated. I can do my own homework, However I need some direction.

And did he leave you these firearms in a written will - it makes a substantial difference to the process you will go through and the hassle + expense you will incur to get them here.

Also list briefly if we are talking long guns, pistols, off roster pistols etc. And do you have a current/un expired FIREARM SAFETY CARD or an exemption?
