To make a long story short, I ended up with a Boyd's gunstock that was supposed to be cut for a Timney trigger but it is not. The stock sat around for a few months as the Timney was on backorder on websites with reasonable prices(including Boyd's) and I also got caught up on other projects.
I had the stock long enough to void the warranty. My fault.[emoji22]
My issue with them is their customer service. I first emailed them 8/13 asking if I can exchange. I later find out on their FAQ page that I cant. Again, my fault[emoji27]
Almost a month later I get a response from "Amanda" on 9/11 simply asking "What model/action is your gun?". I respond later that day.
TODAY I get a response saying "Please accept my apology but this is out of warranty and per our company policy I am unable to exchange / return it.
Thank you
Amanda"
I want to respond with F***YOU AMANDA! But I'm afraid I won't hear back till next month.
Anyone have an experience like this?
