    Stolen firearms

The grandparents of someone I know had their home broken into.
The thieves took the gun cabinet / safe (not sure how they were stored).
    This happened in Modesto.
Here's a list of the stolen firearms

Without serial numbers the info is useless .

Sorry to hear they got taken...

I would be very curious to know how these were stored - actual safe bolted to the floor, or just a display type gun cabinet. Also curious if they had a monitored home alarm.

All they took was the guns? If so inside job.

A good reason to take photos of all your firearms, have a list of all firearms with serial numbers, and have them in a good safe, and insured.
As a side note, you should have them in a safe that is fire resistant. I talked to a friend who saw some guns that were in a non resistant safe in the Amador co. fire. Total loss.

Reading his post, all they took was the gun cabinet/display case with the firearms inside.
                Apparently they were family heirlooms.
