The hypocrites in our state assembly

I found a great blog about our states gun control and one of our very own anti-gun elected state assembly members Anna Caballero. What's even more amazing is this past November's election. Not a single person ran against her even with the events that occured before the election. This lady served as the Salinas mayor prior to becoming an assembly member. And people wonder why Salinas already broke its record with 25 homicides this year so far. We have plenty of gang sympathizers working as elected officials. Too bad the gun control she votes in favor of didn't prevent her gang banger son from armed robbery.

This to me has nothing to do with race, it's simply a matter of preserving our country form invaders. It's not surprising that more, and more Hispanic officials are elected to represent their Hispanic constituents. The unfortunate issue is that illegal aliens can vote at any polling station simply by showing a picture ID, (weather it be legal, or fake,) and most polling places don't even ask to see ID and the laws that require such are not enforced! So if enough Hispanic voters vote for their favorable official, given that Hispanic population is the majority in CA (Although most of the majority is in fact illegal,) that official will win.

So here we have a silent invaliding force, that is gaining residency status, by means of vote. Weather it be by legal means, or simply by LEO/ICE and any single citizen, simply looking they other way!
The more years that pass, with no one wanting to take on the illegal immigration issue...the more citizens who look the other way because they want the cheap wine...a cheap house cleaner, car washer, baby sitter...the worse it will get.

All I can do is hope that the Hispanics will value this country more than their home of Mexico, and hope that they will take better care of California.

They won't unless they are turned American.

I'm 1st generation Thai-American - I know it makes a bloody HUGE difference. If they flood in and bring Mexican habits, then things will turn more Mexican.

I'm not trying to be a racist, just a realist. You can fight it, work with it, or sit idle.

Have a few friends who were born in Mexico and went through gaining citizenship legally,
and it took then 8 years, and while they were going through this process they had to have legal jobs, and be out standing members of the community.

        A far cry form then....

This silent invasion (and the citizens/LEO ignoring the problem) is a smear to all who have been through the process.

par for the course. Recently departed Speaker-scumbag Fabian Nunez just had his son Estaban indicted for a stabbing murder. He and his homeys were pissed that they were turned away from a San Diego college frat party. So they picked a fight with some of the party goers outside and stabbed 4 of the 5.

To many of our politicians are scum. We see it in their actions every day. Why would we be surprised when their children are similarly worthless.

I was on a job in downtown San Jose. Walking the job you swear you were in another country. The framers/ sheetrockers, and painters were the majority of the issue. The foreman (for the framing co.) actually showed me some of the "paperwork" they were using to get their jobs.

I'm know expert in false documents but these were fakes. 2 Resident alien cards side by side, they feel different and look different. When I asked him how many of his guys were legal.........15% maybe 20% are legal. He had 85 guys working for him.

I called ICE many times and they refused to investigate.
There are 3 kinds of people in this world.
The wise, learn from the mistakes of others.
The smart, learn from their own mistakes.
The others, well......they just never learn.

Heh, this reminds me of going to see my parents at Ft. Irwin recently.

The wife and I were stopped by MP's who wanted the road completely clear.

They pulled two Mexicans out of the truck - before the race-card-whiners say I don't know they were Mexican, I do based on a later conversation.

Turns out the forged papers were so bad that they still said "INS" instead of "ICE" on them, several terms were MISSPELLED (I mean c'mon, can't they at least COPY a legit form?), the paper was totally the wrong color, etc. This is what the MP's were saying; I didn't get to see 'em in person so I could be wrong there.

Some of these illegals... I mean c'mon, did they honestly think that going onto a US Army installation, no one was going to look over their papers with a critical eye?

Anyway - I do know they were Mexicans; there were some MP's at his promotion ceremony and they were discussing the event with great amusement.

They're all hypocrites and liars. Every single one of them. If not directly, then guilt by association/aiders & abettors..

Schwarzenegger just appointed defeated ex-Senator from SF Carol Migden (the-reckless-driving-convict-who-says-laws-apply-to-you-not-to-me) to the California Waste Mgmt Board. Somehow that seems appropriate - garbage watching over garbage....

Political payback to keep somebody in a job - why doesn't he do that for everybody???? at $132K a year.....

                gag me

Three new board members were appointed to one of the State boards. Migden, Laird and Kuhl. All termed out legislators.

                    A revolving door.

ETA, P7m8jg beat me to it.
