      Yea thats nice but I believe that goes under the armor piercing category and is class 3

          Not too different than the idea behing 4.6x30mm or 5.7x28mm.


          I suppose it's designation as AP or not depends upon what bullets you load it with.

            the .224 boz was featured in guns and ammo somewhere around 1998 i believe... also had a mp5 as i recall.....

                      You can also get .223x25 barrels for CZ52, its a 762x25 necked down to .223, they call it a .22 Reeds Express (or .223 Tims less commonly)

                      $210 for the barrel conversion and he sells dies for reloading.





                      40gr .223 at 2200 FPS from a 5" barrel.

                      I just chrono'd my CZ today... 1600FPS from a 5" barrel using Yugo surplus (88grain)
