I'll camp out. Buy it all and no 10 day wait.

    Their plan will backfire.

You can have nice things, you will just pay a slightly higher price than what I paid. It is called capitalism, you are hinting at socialism. I don't get members here sometimes. One minute it is "screw Obama" and the next it is "spread the wealth, let's share". Given the opportunity and the means, most would buy as much as possible.

You aren't really clear on the concept are you? Or is buddy just half of the word for you?

The shop is trying to do something nice for its CUSTOMERS and not trying to set you up as a competitor. If YOU want to buy guns at wholesale prices to resell for a profit, then how about ponying up for the required fees/permits and opening up your own shop.

People doing what you want to do are one of the reasons many shops say MSRP...take it or leave it.

If you re-read my original post, I hinted that the deal sounded too good to be true. You can blame market conditions and prices on me all you want but that is far from the reason that shops charge MSRP. I have no desire to become a dealer but if someone gave me a chance at 50% off firearms, I would load up.

As would I and I see no problem with that.

The Richard move comes in when you take advantage of the LGSs promotion to buy guns you don't want and then turn right around and resell those same weapons to the customers behind you who weren't lucky enough to be within the first 50 people in line.

I bet this promotion excludes firearms. 50% off is way below wholesale. They'd be losing a bunch of money.

Ok the way this worked was, first 10 people through the door picked a random coupon, there were several coupons ( 50% of any ammo purchase up to 150 dollars, 50% off select optics, 50% all accessories up to 300 dollars, 50% off select firearms)
Still good deals but word of mouth is bs

I won a number of raffles, knives and shirts, 3 boxes of ammo and a W. German P220, some donuts and pizza and a wife that said who the hell spends that much time at a gun store?
