How do I adjust my elevation on yugo sks?

Tried searching on here but no go. I tried looking through some catalogs at work but none would adjust the elevation on a yugo. My SKS is shooting like 3-4 feet low at 100 yards.

I think it's like an AK - the front site post turns. You need a special tool (or pliers).
