Help for my CZ P-01!!

First do not get me wrong, I love my CZ P-01, can shoot it very well and plan to use it as my EDC, But.

The Stock Sights Suck, just my opinion here, YMMV and your opinion as well I guess. What have other owners found for replacement "Upgrade" Sights?

So I guess what I am asking is what are my options?
