Bad experience with Buds Guns.

Anyone else have a bad customer service experience with Buds Guns? Mine went all the the way to the president. After getting no where with everyone including the vice president,Rex McClanahan, I shared with him that his company had 219 complaints with the BBB as opposed to the 8 that Brownells had, he just said "When the BBB has a rating higher than A+ ?...we'll try to do better."

My problem with buds has nothing to do with their BBB rating. Did you sign up just to post this?
