From an instructor's standpoint, I would NEVER advise anyone to use mixed powder, even just a little bit of contamination is something I would tell anybody not to use.

it probably contaminates the powder just as much as any accumulated moisture and/or dust in the room. it fine.
If you feel the need, spoon in some fresh Accurate and shake the can vigorously for a few seconds.Comment

Lets say for the case of argument that 4oz of a powder were dumped into 2lbs of powder that is 2 burn rates slower?
Yup, I did it. Dumped what was left in my powder dispenser of H335 into a half full 4lb jug of H4895. The thought was to mix all that with a few more lbs of H4895 and call it good.
