Ak rear sling plate

I've been using this site a lot for receiving very helpful information, and decided it was a good time to start an account. I am currently I'm the process of building a polish underfolder. I want to build it without having to pin the stock, I found a forum where one user used a muzzle device and a rear sling plate to get the oal to 30". I can't seem to find this type of plate anywhere, if anyone knows where I can find one or who has one it would be greatly appreciated

Looks like it was custom made as a copy of an Echo 93 plate.
