Waz-up with GlockMeister - BEWARE

On 11-03-08 I purchased a Glock extended slide stop lever and a 10 round magazine from GlockMeister. The order was delivered on 11-07-08. The magazine they sent me was a 9 round magazine. I called Glockmeister about the problem and they said that they would send me the 10 round magazine and an envelope to send back the 9 round magazine. That sounded good to me and I thanked them.
On 11-11-08 I then purchased the Glockmeister front and rear sight tool, Meprolight fixed night sights and some other Glock parts on a separate order. On 11-13-08 I received notice that the order was not shipped, one item was on backorder (the sight tool). I check my American Express account and found that I had already been charged for both orders. That seemed odd. I don't think I should have been charged for the second order that was not shipped. Today, 11-28-08, I called and got the run-around. The second order had not been shipped to me and they could not give me a tracking number or a delivery date. I still have not got the replacement magazine from Glockmeister for the first order. I don't know if Glockmeister doesn't know how to run a business or they are having financial difficulties. Please beware of Glockmeister.

I have bought from GlockMeister before and the experience was positive.
Please be aware that a lot of dealers are swamped since the election.
I'd recommend patience.
