JP Enterprises Silent Captured Recoil Buffer Spring AR-15 /10

What your thoughts on these? Will these work on piston AR's?
Does anyone have or had one?

I have one on my rifle. Expensive but works wells. Is it necessary? No but it does work as advertised.

I run them in ALL my AR's....even my 9mm AR (they make a 9mm specific one). They run flawlessly and smooth out the recoil cycle. Worth the money to me...YMMV.

What do you hear ???...... Nothing but the rain. Well grab your gun and bring in the cat.

        I have one.

The biggest and most noticeable benefit to me is the noise reduction of the spring.

At first I thought that it made the action smoother, but after living with it for a couple of years and comparing it to the function of my other AR's with conventional springs, the smoothness of the bolt reciprocating feels about the same.

I can't honestly say that there are any negative effects to running it. Never had any problems with it.
