You don't win something by giving up your life. You only win by making the other guy give up his life. Some smart guy said something similar a while back. I think it was in a movie.

It will never end we as country and 2a rights. Think your safe in another state. Maybe for the short term. As many have seen Californias b.s. Spreads like the plague. The line in the sand moves and will move until. We have no or few guns look at the Handgun roster. I donate its what you can do to help but for every court battle 2a wins theres another wall or ten thrown up. I swear if I ever won the lottery big Id drop most in sueing the Shizzzle out of the state 2a rights violations.

Given the fascist nature of liberals, progressives, socialists and communists, did you really think that they would one day say to themselves, you win, I give up.

The best preventative of this happening, is to have a solid understanding of human nature, and of governments and despots throughout history and the world.

          This ^^^ unfortunately is reality.

I don't like it, you don't like it ... NOBODY likes it.

The brick wall at our backs only exists in proverb of imagination ... sad.

Expect more non-compliance, like the cell phone laws.

Old problems are like dry poop, if you let the dry poop sit it doesn't smell but the minute you decide to stir the poop with a stick, the smell comes back. Moral of the story, Don't bring up old problems!

If we could just all get along, & pull in the same direction "ALL THE TIME" these bi***es would take careful steps, instead of reckless law making, turning them (laws) out as fast as they can. (seems they try to out do each other for the most made laws)

Idk, but seems would make sense to have all public law makers prove they're point, through many independent studies, an a pass or fail grade given to these individuals, just like school.

You shoot off you mouth waste tax $$ & your wrong, (or even off base) a penalty they should take, cash is KING.

After all, they are spending your tax $$$ to make these loop sided laws, it's only far if it comes from they're pay check when they flub up, right !!

Look at it this way, your kids would take up shopping as a career, if they didn't have to account/or earn money for they're shopping mistakes, and would continue to do so, am I wrong on this ?

You would be flat broke in one day.

OK back to the real world, were all doomed

The problem with that, is that we can't. There are gun owners on calguns who vote for anti 2a politicians. There are gun owners on calguns who support nationwide PPT's, waiting periods, FSC, and so on. There are gun owners on calguns who have actively worked for the campaigns of politicians who they knew were anti 2a(I'm not kidding. One admitted to doing it for a city council member if I recall correctly, and stated they knew the person was anti 2a. It blew my mind).

That doesn't even cover the crowd who simply doesn't care about things like requiring lead free ammo for hunting or whatever else that doesn't specifically relate to the shooting they do or guns they own(or the people that will happily throw the other gun owners under the bus hoping that politicians won't ban their preferred type of guns).

If we can't even get the people who post on calguns to stop voting for these anti 2a politicians at the city/county/state/federal level, do you think it's realistic that we'd be able to get the gun owners who don't participate on a site like this to stop supporting anti 2a politicians?

I'm a pile of hot brass kind of guy... I may not see the end of that day, but the point just *might* be made...

I shouldn't have to worry about it once my time in the corps is over. AZ sounds pretty nice right about now.

                                Correct.

CA PC 16590: ... "generally prohibited weapon" means
                                any of the following:...
                                (r) A nunchaku, as prohibited by Section 22010.

Even possessing nunchucks in CA is punishable by either felony (3 years, $10,000 fine) or misdemeanor charges (1 year, $1000 fine).
