Won a pistol!

Pretty stoked, I just received word that I won a pistol from GSSF (GLOCK Shooting Sports Foundation). I came in on the second of match of the three match group for my first indoor match and on my second indoor match I took first. I was just at the range the other day to shoot the first of the next three matches and I was able to manage first place again.

I have been shooting a GLOCK 17 in USPSA and GSSF, but I opted for a GLOCK 35 so I could compete in Production Major (Correction: Limited 10) for USPSA if I decide to do so later on down the road.

That's about it, this is the first time I have ever won anything during any competition I have ever entered in. Next goal for me is to get my 25 yard groupings a little tighter so I can join the GSSF 500 club.

There is no Production Major in USPSA. There is Limited 10 and it allows you,to accessorize the gun with magwells, extra weight and any way Limited does.

I keep getting that mixed up. You are correct sir, the 35 would be put together as a limited 10 gun. Thank you, I will correct my original post.
