M1Garand or a Mini14 would be my choices. However I already have all of your choices so buy one then move on to the next.

Sks less finicky than Mini 14, Shoots the cheapest of cheap ammo.
Unless you have a stack of 30 rd Mini 14 mags.

Well being a person who has owned all three before but only have one of them still. I vote SKS. Cheap to feed and fun to shoot.

The value of an M1 Garand is only going to go up. Buy it now while you can at this price.

M-1 garand is a good choice but I would do a mini-30 if you want 30 caliber..
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

                  i have a mini 14
                  Had a M1
have a sks..Hands down get a SKS. ammo is plentiful and cheap. More fun than a Garand at 30-06 ammo prices. A poor guy can shoot 100 rounds of 7.63-39 and still have a burger on the way home. 100 rounds of 30 06 and you will eat beans for a week.
If you are not really a shooter and want the history get the Garand.

m1 garand = before they get more expensive
                    sks -- are holding value
Both of these wont be available in the long run

min14 - because you can get one anytime, because ar15 beats mini14

Get a CMP Garand. I suggest the Special Grade.

This. Given time you will probably purchase all of these rifles if you really want them so the question isn't really "which one?" but rather "which one first?".

Mini 14s aren't going anywhere. They are rarely targeted by the anti-gunners due to their more benign appearance and features. You will be able to find these at reasonable prices years from now.
SKS rifles, while not being as available as they once were, are still plentiful and millions were imported over the years. They might climb in price but only by a hundred dollars or so over the next few years.
M1 Garands have been declared "military weapons" and Obama specifically banned their return from places like South Korea, stating that "they have no place on our streets". Prices have been rising steadily over the past two years and will continue to do so while supplies dwindle.

My advice would be to buy the Garand first, then the SKS, then the Mini-14.
