      BE AWARE

No draw period, try and high tail it to the nearest L/E office and hope for the best? You DO NOT want to EVER engage someone unless you HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE. If the cops are getting railroaded imagine how the Judicial system will treat you.

No, you don't draw because you don't follow the basic rules for a CCW.

        1. Are you sure of your background? No, how you you reasonably shoot someone from a moving car and be able to make sure there is no one behind the car. Or even someone else in the car? You never shoot without knowing what is behind your target. You could miss and hit the car behind them.

        2. Are you at risk? No, not yet. You are still in your car. He could hit the back of your car and follow you, but you are still safe in the car.

        3. Can you get away? Yes, drive away. It may not be as easy if they follow you, but you can still try to get away.

Like others have said if you where stopped and he was trying to get in your car. 2 rounds through center mass. Then call the police.
