    M1 Carbine

    CALGUNS,
I'm seeking advise on how to best block and convert two high cap original USGI M1 carbine mags into 10 rounders and legally list them for sale. I sold my USGI M1 carbine years ago and I do not have use for these anymore. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

^^This^^ with a catch. You cannot offer or advertise them for sale from within CA. That means, don't put them up on gunbrocker. Now, if you were to go to a gun show in Reno, or some place similar, you could take them with you and try to sell them while you are there.

What are you thinking of selling them for?

You could buy a Magblock for $5.50 and add it to the price. Just be sure to explain the extra expense.

Just keep them. They're not worth much and you might buy another M1 Carbine in the future.

I would keep them for possible future use.

You cannot sell them out of state unless you block them. Don't listen to fud.
You cannot export large capacity magazines according to state law.

You have no idea what the law says. In fact there's an exemption for legally owned standard capacity magazines that not only says that you can take them out of state but that you can also re-import them.
