      it is a 20 inch upper, yes i live in an apartment and no i did not get evicted. noisy work was spaced out over time and masked by the noise of maintenance work going on around the complex.

            Can someone please give me advice on this drill press?


            My apologies, OP. I don't mean to hijack your thread but I've been interested in 80% myself and always wonder what the best tools (within budget) I should have for a successful project.

              That's not a drill press. I wouldn't recommend anything less than this. I have done two with it.
