Mounting a pressure pad, any tricks?

I picked up a low cost weapon light for my AR so that I can be a mall ninja. It came with an optional pressure pad. Anyone have any recommendation how to mount the pressure pad? Electrical tape? A specific kind of glue? It'll be mounted to Magpul XTM rail covers.

I'm sure this question has been asked before... Sorry if I missed it. This is my first AR light.

By the way, the light is a Aimkon HiLight R20 HiLight 600 Lumen LED Tactical Flashlight. I haven't tested it in "the field" or anything, but it seems to be a pretty cool light for under $50. It included the QD mount and seems pretty well made.

I think Shoe Goop, or any kind of Goop for that matter will work. Just tape it down with masking tape while the goop dries over night.

Zip ties work well although I don't like tapeswitches since they'll stop working eventually.
