New CarniK Con Video - Daewoos

Plenty of great channels on Youtube and one of my personal favorites is CarniK Con. I personally love his sense of humor, but many others probably don't.



In case you were even interested, Dugan Ashley served as an Army combat engineer and was in Ramadi, Iraq in '06. He has also been fighting MS for the past few years. He called the channel quits earlier this year, but this new episode was posted tonite. It may just be old footage, but I'll take it!

Here's another good one, very reminiscent of those ol' dub dub 2 training vids, which is obviously where it drew it's inspiration from.

Don't know why he said the rifle was antiquated. Just because it doesn't have rails? If an owner wanted that, they could do the same thing that AR owners used to do - have the rear sight milled off and a rail installed. Otherwise I haven't seen any improvements on the AR that the 'Woo doesn't do better.

He didn't even mention the adjustable gas system. Maybe he didn't know about it. Or the quick (quicker than on an AR) range adjustment on the rear sight. Nor did he mention the biggest feature, that it uses AR magazines.

Daewoo Precision Industries no longer exists.
In 2006, they were bought out by S&T and merged to form S&T Daewoo.
In 2012, S&T Daewoo was reorganized and reformed as S&T Motiv.

S&T Motiv "upgrade" program for the K-2 resulted in the K-2A and K-2C.
The S&T Motiv K-2C is suppose to replace the Daewoo K-2 being used by ROK Military special operations forces.
