    CCW Question

I am just about to finish my ccw process and someone told me that with a ccw in California, the police can come to your house and check your firearms at ANY time. Even without a warrant. I read all the paperwork and at now time did I wave my rights to searches.......anyone ever hear of this??????

Don't you just love the stuff people come up with. No it's not true, I'm not sure how this particular one got started but it's not the first time I've heard it either.

It's true. They were at my house the other day. I didn't answer the door because I was watching The Price is Right in my underwear. They knocked once then kicked in the door a few seconds later. They demanded to see all my guns and ran the serial numbers. When they left they kicked my dog on the way out.

Utter nonsense. Who told you such a thing and why would you, even in California, believe it?

"Someone" told you an interesting story.

Asked and answered correctly - no, getting a license to carry a concealed weapon does not allow home inspections.
