    AR15 build

I am going to build me an AR15 and need some help. Anyone have a Daytona Tactical 80% lower? Any experience with Palmetto State Armory rifle kits? Or...
I want my first build to be a learning experience not break the bank. Thanks.

About a year ago I built my AR from a A.C.T. 80% lower, Del-Ton upper I purchased at a gun show...buying different parts here and there, was fun hunting around for piece's. My budget was $1000 and was able to keep the build right there...Dude have fun with your new found joy...bang bang

Psa kits are dirt cheap right now and are great for the money

IIRC, there's a Del Ton complete upper in the MP for under $300 (not mine).

              AR15 build

              Hello all,
Well, I got a Daytona Tactical 80% lower ($60.00) and just finished machining it out. Looking at a couple of rifle kits from PSA. The ones I am considering are mid-length. Not sure if I want a chromed barrel or not. Price difference is reasonable. PSA has a lot to choose from. If I sell the ammo I have posted I will move quicker on this build. Thanks for the replies.

Mid-length is a great choice. Longer sight radius and slightly less recoil. The barrel depends on how much you shoot. I have a chromed barrel from BCM. I would say get it chromed but thats my .02.

                  AR15 build

AR15 build on pause right now. Going to focus on finishing my BBQ smoker. Want to cook a whole pig this summer. Might need to throw a party that day. BYOB.

This is a rifle made from a Daytona Defense DDT-15 skeleton lower receiver and a PSA 16" Stainless Mid-length 1/7 Freedom Rifle kit:

                    I haven't shot it yet.

Parts and kits are so cheap right now that if you are going to build one, this is the time. It only takes a small hickup and the prices skyrocket.

I'm going to buy the PSA 16" Stainless Mid-length 1/7 Freedom Rifle Kit. $399.00. Should be a good starter build.
