Kudos to CZ-USA

The trigger pin on my CZ75-BD cracked and was loose.

I contacted CZ through their website for a warranty repair on 5/26.

I received a reply with a prepaid Fedex label the next day, 5/27, stating that it could take 4-6 weeks for the turnaround. I shipped it out that day

I received an email from them stating that they got it the next day, 5/28.

Got another email the next day, 5/29 stating that the repair was done and the pistol would be shipping out soon.

Fedex delivered the pistol today, 6/1.

Fantastic turnaround by CZ. Even though it was an easy repair that i could have done myself, I elected to have the repair done by CZ and was resigned to the 4-5 week period. I'm quite happy with CZ-USA. More company's should have that type of customer care.

Good to hear, though not surprising that they would have exemplary CS.

They were probably able to turn it around so fast because CZ's are awesome and never fail, so they didn't have anything else to do.

How many rounds did you fire before the trigger pin cracked?

that might be what seperates them from their clones

I've heard customer service from some of the companies turning out 75-like handguns are not anywhere close with their customer service.
