    Yugoslav Crvena Zastava Model 70

    Hey guys,
My dad and I have been plotting and scheming for the past two days since he got his hsc and is filing his C&R app...

    question:
We found a Yugoslav Crvena Zastava Model 70 pistol for sale on GunsAmerica.com

Is this thing highly-illegal in California? I didn't see it on the roster of handguns certified for sale, but probably because only about seventeen of these things exist in the US. Whatchu think? It's a 1970 model, so no C&R status for another 15 years

You can't import it into CA. If your heart is really set on this model you are going to have to find one that's already in the state and do a private party transfer.

I don't think they're that rare - first of the C&R resellers website I went to has them for less than the price listed on GA.
