We will have a victory regardless of outcome, something tells me it is going further up the Federal court system because it is the only way the other side can slow down incorporation.
It is obvious to anyone who is following the issue what our next moves will be which is why they will try to appeal if for no other reason, to stall the rest of the lawsuits that will be coming.
In the event we lose, of course our side will appeal.
That being said, I have attached a another poll to get a feel of what this board may like.
Of course you guys are always free to post your own ideas as well.
