Amazon bans lasers

Because phone support staff are so well known for understanding what business decisions are being made and why....I just got off the phone with Amazon's staff and was told that basically even though that page shows them as being acceptable, they are selectively going after and removing lasers. I pushed the employee asking specifically about the page and she didn't have a good answer. It seems they are going after and removing most laser products, regardless of this written policy. I recorded the call and will publish it on our blog after clean it up and remove 25 plus minutes of on hold music.Comment

That's really unfortunate if true. I pointed out that they are happy to sell replica battle axes but not laser sights (or pistol braces for that matter). Ebay is the same way. They banned pistol braces but sell cross bows and other weapons. You can buy civil war swords on Ebay too. Blocks of rubber = no go.Comment

I uploaded the conversation to the blog post with additional details.
As I was doing some looking around I stumbled on this:

It is funny that they are happy to market the crossbows / arrows as deadly accurate. I sent an email to their Seller Performance team and will post the response if I receive one.Comment

Yeah, I was pissed when they started Cal tax collection and use it far less now but for some things I still like the convenience and fast fulfillment.
they are slowly weaning me from their service through their abuse of my liberty to buy legal products.Last edited by advocatusdiaboli; 05-28-2015, 2:58 PM.Benefactor Life Member NRA, Life Member CRPA, CGN Contributor, US Army Veteran, Black Ribbon in Memoriam for the deceased 2nd Amendment
